Our service program provides a unique valued service to our customer by focusing on preventive maintenance rather than reactive maintenance. Flexmech technicians are committed to regularly assess your machines to reduce machine downtime by predicting worn machine components and taking the extra step to ensure spare part availability.
Honing Services
With a range of ultra precision honing machines & QA facilities, Flexmech provides honing services for our customer’s requirements for ultra precision inner diameters from 0.6mm – 21.0mm. Using PEMAMO honing technology, we can hone all types of material like bronze, aluminium, carbide, steel & titanium and achieve micron accuracy roundness & up to RA 0.06 surface quality.
